Write to support@theopenapps.com with what you asked and what happened, and the AI app you used (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another). Tarot Sky is made by The Open Apps, Inc.; we read every message.

Quick fixes

• My assistant answered without Tarot Sky. Name it in your message: "Use Tarot Sky to read my three cards". In ChatGPT you can also type @ and pick Tarot Sky.
• A card isn't recognised. Use the English card name, such as "Three of Cups", "Queen of Pentacles" or "The Tower". Say "reversed" for a card that came out upside down.
• There is no rising sign or houses. They need a birth time. Without one, Tarot Sky shows your planets for local noon.
• The cards don't show in the chat. Grok shows readings as text. In Claude, remove the Tarot Sky connector and add it again so it loads the latest version. If you added it at an address ending in /mcp, add it again at https://tarotsky.ambientapp.ai/mcp/claude, Claude's address.
• A deck code doesn't open. Paste the whole code, starting with "deck:", or choose the card art again.

Tarot Sky stores nothing you send and has no accounts, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Your birth details stay in your AI app's conversation, under your settings there. See the privacy policy.
